We are looking for a Sales Specialist who is passionate about finding new customers, building meaningful relationships, and positioning Microsoft‑powered solutions to help businesses grow. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, managing customer requests, and building a strong sales pipeline aligned with SRKK's core technology offerings.

💼 What You’ll Do

New Customer Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new customers through calls, outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand customer needs and position SRKK solutions effectively.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provide continuous engagement to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Client Visits & Engagement

  • Visit customer sites to understand business challenges and present relevant solutions.
  • Conduct sales meetings and product presentations to influence buying decisions.

Sales Execution & Quotation Handling

  • Attend to customer requests for proposals, quotations, and solution information.
  • Coordinate internally with consultants and technical teams to produce accurate proposals.
  • Follow through the entire sales cycle until successful closure.

Pipeline Building & Reporting

  • Build a healthy and consistent sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Keep sales activities updated in CRM/sales tracker.
  • Report progress, forecast accurately, and ensure timely follow‑ups.

👤 Who You Are

  • Able to find and build new customer opportunities proactively.
  • Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform) with willingness to learn more.
  • Positive attitude, competitive mindset, and strong desire to grow in sales.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Energetic, disciplined, and ambitious — humble, hungry, smart.
