We are looking for a Sales Specialist who thrives in consultative selling, building strong customer relationships, and driving meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you will help customers unlock the value of SRKK’s full suite of technology offerings while managing pipelines, engaging prospects, and closing deals that contribute to SRKK’s long-term growth.

💼 What You’ll Do

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and position SRKK solutions to qualified customers and new prospects.
  • Engage customers through calls, emails, social media outreach, and scheduled meetings.
  • Build strong relationships by educating customers on SRKK capabilities and service value.

Sales Management & Opportunity Execution

  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, intake management, follow‑ups, pipeline tracking, and timely closure.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with product, consulting, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate deals that align with SRKK’s offering structure.

Product Knowledge & Value Positioning

  • Continuously develop strong understanding of modern IT solutions including cloud, security, AI, Power Platform, Modern Workplace, and managed services.
  • Apply product and industry knowledge to articulate business value clearly to customers.
  • Use competitive insights to differentiate SRKK’s solutions and improve win rates.

Market Insights & Business Growth

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and maintain accurate pipeline health reports.
  • Participate in reviews (SSR/BTR) with customers to strengthen long-term relationships and uncover growth opportunities.

📈 Performance Expectations (High-Level)

  • Meet monthly sales meetings target.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline (3.3x–4.4x coverage).
  • Achieve quarterly sales target commitments.
  • Maintain zero-to-minimal breaches in service quality (missed SLAs, WIs).
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that contribute to deal closures.
