To strengthen our customer success engine, we are hiring an AI & Modernization Specialist. This role exists to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal across a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring SRKK becomes their long-term strategic partner for Azure, AI, and Modern Workplace initiatives.

💼 What You’ll Do
Customer Ownership & Relationship Management
- Own a portfolio of existing customers and act as their primary point of contact for Azure, AI, Application Modernization, SharePoint, and Power Platform initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships by understanding customer goals, workloads, and modernization priorities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and consistent renewal outcomes.
Account Growth & Commercial Execution
- Manage end-to-end account execution including renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
- Identify and qualify opportunities across Azure infrastructure, AI services, modernization projects, and Microsoft cloud workloads.
- Drive solution positioning, commercial proposals, pricing justification, and negotiation alignment.
Solution Reviews & Strategic Alignment
- Conduct regular Solution & Strategic Reviews (SSR) to assess customer environments, challenges, and readiness for modernization.
- Influence customer roadmaps aligned to SRKK’s capabilities in Azure, AI, Modern Workplace, and low-code platforms.
- Work closely with consultants, solution teams, and delivery to ensure successful execution.
Internal Alignment & Collaboration
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate scoping, delivery readiness, and customer value realization.
- Work with marketing and business units to support customer engagement initiatives, campaigns, and value storytelling.
- Track account health, renewal windows, and forecasted revenue growth.
👤 Who You Are
- Strong understanding of Azure & Cloud fundamentals, AI & Data fundamentals, and Modern Workplace modernization concepts.
- Experience or exposure in account management, customer success, or commercial execution in a technology environment.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and solution positioning.
- Able to translate customer needs into clear opportunities for digital modernization.
- Organized, driven, and confident in handling multiple accounts concurrently.
- Customer‑focused, proactive, and growth‑oriented — humble, hungry, smart.

Despite maintaining strong service quality, flexibility for new workloads is limited. This role enables sustainable growth by strengthening account ownership, supporting renewal cycles, and unlocking expansion across key solution areas.
