Own & Grow Customer Relationships at SRKK

We are seeking a Account Manager to build long-term, trusted relationships with customers while driving account expansion and solution adoption. You will act as the bridge between customers and SRKK’s consulting, sales, and delivery teams — ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and sustained business growth.

💼 What You’ll Do

Account Ownership

  • Manage and nurture assigned customer accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.

Account Development & Growth

  • Understand customer goals, challenges, and digital needs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand SRKK solutions and services.
  • Contribute to medium-term (6–12 months) account planning.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, consultants, and delivery teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication and bring in the right expertise at the right time.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular touchpoints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address concerns proactively and coordinate internal support.

Account Tracking & Updates

  • Keep account data updated and share insights during reviews.
  • Track progress, risks, and development opportunities.

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 (based on experience and capability)
