Own & Grow Customer Relationships at SRKK
We are seeking a Account Manager to build long-term, trusted relationships with customers while driving account expansion and solution adoption. You will act as the bridge between customers and SRKK’s consulting, sales, and delivery teams — ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and sustained business growth.
💼 What You’ll Do
Account Ownership
- Manage and nurture assigned customer accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
Account Development & Growth
- Understand customer goals, challenges, and digital needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand SRKK solutions and services.
- Contribute to medium-term (6–12 months) account planning.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, consultants, and delivery teams.
- Ensure smooth communication and bring in the right expertise at the right time.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular touchpoints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address concerns proactively and coordinate internal support.
Account Tracking & Updates
- Keep account data updated and share insights during reviews.
- Track progress, risks, and development opportunities.
