Enable Operational Excellence in SRKK’s AIM Division
The Business Operations (BizOps) Executive plays a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of consulting and managed services engagements across the AI & Modernization (AIM) Consulting Division. You will act as the coordination hub between consultants, sales, and delivery teams—driving operational governance, consumption tracking, and GTM enablement to ensure our customers receive high-quality engagement and consistent delivery standards.
💼 What You’ll Do
PMO / Project Coordination
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Track progress, risks, issues, and action items; escalate deviations when needed.
- Maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, minutes, reports).
- Support logistics for onboarding, BTR sessions, refreshers, and customer checkpoints.
- Ensure adherence to governance, SOPs, and delivery quality standards.
Consumption & Adoption Operations
- Track and report solution usage: DocuSign, Azure, Copilot Studio, AvePoint, ShareGate.
- Monitor ACR usage, alerts, and reporting with Inside Sales and Consultants.
- Prepare usage insights to support renewals, upsell opportunities, and value realization.
BizOps & GTM Enablement
- Maintain knowledge base, GTM materials, and AIM product/service decks.
- Update vendor materials in proposals and division slides.
- Track proposal insights, reusable content, and win themes.
- Consolidate demos and manage the demo library with Technical Consultants.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Produce regular project, consumption, and operational reports.
- Support internal briefings on new materials, processes, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate information flow across consulting, sales, delivery, and partners.
👤 Who You Are
- Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, consulting operations, or managed services.
- Strong documentation, scheduling, and reporting discipline.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or SaaS models is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
