We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to ensure the continuous operation of client environments entrusted to SRKK’s Managed Services team. This role involves responding to service desk tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining high service standards. If you are passionate about IT infrastructure and customer success, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Respond to service desk tickets, calls, and emails for technical support and update the system promptly.
- Ensure proper installation and configuration of monitoring and management tools for client environments.
- Proactively update customers on ticket status until closure, maintaining clear and concise communication.
- Adhere to service operations SOPs and embrace process improvements for efficiency.
- Meet KPIs and strive for high standards in internal and customer-facing performance.
- Maintain accurate billable hours and documentation for accountability.
👤 Who You Are
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure implementation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft servers, domains, virtualization (VMware/Microsoft), networking, security, and storage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional certifications (Microsoft, ITIL) are an added advantage.
