We are seeking a Project Engineer to ensure seamless delivery of IT projects entrusted to SRKK. This role involves leading project implementation, managing customer success, and driving continuous improvement. 💼 What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding and implementation of assigned projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure quality management by aligning deliverables with standards and operational processes.
- Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities for upsell or additional support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and enhance technical knowledge through continuous learning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate feedback and improve service quality.
- Identify risks and work with stakeholders to ensure service reliability and compliance.
👤 Who You Are
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project implementation or technical support.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, domain management, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Learn or ITIL are an added advantage.
