💼 What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Sales team on pre-sales and post-sales activities, including demos, POCs, and project implementations.
- Take ownership of solution implementation from design and planning to pilot/UAT and full rollouts.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend improvements aligned with business needs.
- Provide timely, high-quality technical support while meeting SLA commitments.
- Conduct training sessions to help customers maximize solution value.
- Research best practices in ITSM, RMM, and Enterprise Service Management to enhance our offerings.
👤 Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT technical support or infrastructure implementation.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals.
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and experience with ITSM or RMM solutions is a plus.
- IT certifications, ITIL certification, basic coding skills, and SQL knowledge are added advantages.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Malay.
- Willingness to travel within Klang Valley and occasionally beyond.
- Flexible to work overtime during major issues or outages.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first attitude and strong team spirit.
