Job Descriptions:
- Prepare correspondences, presentation and/or reports as required.
- Follow up on correspondences and outstanding requests for resolution.
- Coordinate with Project Stakeholders and schedule appointment
- Organize meeting according to the project proposal agenda, including logistic, registration and taking minutes
- Facilitate document issue process
- Track project progress, monitor progress and co‐ordinate delivery dates
- Assist Project Team with document distribution, scanning, copying, etc.
- To organize and maintain an organizational repository of project information that has value in planning future projects
- Ensure proper state of change requests and document them
- Perform project management process audits and take action to correct process deficiencies.
- To undertake other related duties to meet the needs of the designated group and perform any other duties as may be assigned by superior/management from time to time.
- Continuous improving project management process by exploring the automated processes tools.
- Prepare ad‐hoc reports on projects as needed
Qualification & Requirement:
- Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science or Engineering Related
- At least 2 years working experience is Project Management/Document Management
- Competent computer skill in Microsoft application
- Experienced in using Apps in Microsoft 365 such as Sharepoint, Forms, Power Automate will be an added advantage
- Hands‐on experience in office work, admin and filling
- Ability to multi‐tasks and prioritize workload while delivering high accuracy/quality works
- Positive attitude, independent and fast learner
