- Required to work on Public Relation task by building and maintain a positive public image of the company.
- NEM Quota Application
- Create customer email address
- Create user login ID
- Create user profile
- Assist on supporting document collection
- Create application
- Assist on PVSyst
- Upload signed declaration form
- Answer enquiries from SEDA on NEM application
- Keep track & monitor NEM application status
- Collect NEM certificate & update ERP (Epicor)
- IOD letter by TNB (above 425kW)
- Dealing with TNB/SEDA/MIDA/NGTC/ST and other relevant government authorities for licensing process.
- Manage all paperwork, forms, correspondence, email, letters with government offices.
- To assists superior when dealing with government departments.
- To oversee the preparation of documents for submissions and liaise with government personnel for technical advices.
- Prepare and submit relevant document required and follow up on approval.
- Keep track of all expiry dates and renewal arrangement.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualification & Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Independent, able to work with minimum supervision and multi-tasking.
- 2 to 3 years working experience as a Liaison Officer.
- Candidates who possess Public Relation skills and experienced in government liaising will be an added advantage.
- Able to work and adhere to tight deadlines.
