Job Descriptions


  • Required to work on Public Relation task by building and maintain a positive public image of the company.
  • NEM Quota Application
  • Create customer email address
  • Create user login ID
  • Create user profile
  • Assist on supporting document collection
  • Create application
  • Assist on PVSyst
  • Upload signed declaration form
  • Answer enquiries from SEDA on NEM application
  • Keep track & monitor NEM application status
  • Collect NEM certificate & update ERP (Epicor)
  • IOD letter by TNB (above 425kW)
  • Dealing with TNB/SEDA/MIDA/NGTC/ST and other relevant government authorities for licensing process.
  • Manage all paperwork, forms, correspondence, email, letters with government offices.
  • To assists superior when dealing with government departments.
  • To oversee the preparation of documents for submissions and liaise with government personnel for technical advices.
  • Prepare and submit relevant document required and follow up on approval.
  • Keep track of all expiry dates and renewal arrangement.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.


Qualification & Requirement


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
  • Independent, able to work with minimum supervision and multi-tasking.
  • 2 to 3 years working experience as a Liaison Officer.
  • Candidates who possess Public Relation skills and experienced in government liaising will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work and adhere to tight deadlines.
