- Plans and executes all digital marketing campaigns via social media, search engine optimization (SEO)/search engine marketing (SEM) and display advertising campaigns by producing regular content writing to achieve the growth plan of the company.
- Effectively plan, set up, implement, maintains, and optimize digital marketing strategies via Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads campaigns, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels.
- Overseeing the correctness and appropriateness the organization's website(s) in line with policies and social media strategy of the Company.
- Analyse using tools inclusive but not limited to Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics and to prepare various reports for internal parties on the performance of the assigned advertising campaigns.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against targeted goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Brand Communications, the creative team and development team in delivering clear briefs to what's needed for creative copy and visuals such as producing high-quality videos, info graphic and marketing collateral to support marketing initiatives.
- Improve social media followers and engagement within the agreed target and timeline.
- To perform any other duties as required by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- At least (4) years’ worth of experience in digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Advertising/ Business Studies/ Management is preferred.
- Familiar in running campaigns in digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Google.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, etc.
