Job Responsibilities
- Engage directly with stakeholders to help define their digital vision, strategy, and roadmap, with supporting business case.
- Drive transformation efforts across enterprises and/or within business units to execute on large scale efforts that include customer journey transformation, product management and scaled Agile
- Analyze existing platforms, tools, and processes in the organization’s business ecosystem, and recommend innovative, implementable solutions as appropriate based on business and customer needs
- Define strategy and design for customer value propositions based on design-thinking
- Plan and facilitate workshops around digital vision, innovation, and design
- Produce clear, professional presentations and deliverables of superior quality, supported by strategic thinking and analysis, to be delivered to senior management including C-level.
- Continuously contribute thought leadership and perform ongoing market research related to digital innovation, providing insight on industry trends, technology, challenges, and leading practices.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders, focusing on user experience (UX) design
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in related field.
- Required skill(s): EPICOR ERP System, ASP.NET, C#, MSSQL
- Additional skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft Sharepoint, or .Net Core Framework would be an added advantage.
- Good communications skills and a proactive team player.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment. Open and flexible to changes.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, detail-oriented, and have a strong problem-solving skill.
- Strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders·
