- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
- Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
- Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies; Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or any relevant or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
- Experience in recruiting firm/agency would be added advantage
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods
- Knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
