Job Descriptions
- Responsible for taking off quantities for tender drawings for tender purposes.
- To assists in tender costing and tender analysis.
- To assists in liaising with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotations for tender and project purposes.
- To assists in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) for sub-contractors and Variation Oder (V.O) claim to Client, for all projects.
- To assists in checking and verification of sub-contractors’ progress claim and V.O works.
- To assists in preparation and monitoring of project budget to ensure each project is completed within the allocated budget.
- To assists in preparation of final account report for completed projects.
- To assists in preparation and regular updating of cost monitoring report(s) for projects.
- Responsible to ensure proper filing ad document control for various documents such as correspondence, sub-contractors’ progress claim and payment certificate, Main contractor’s claim, etc.
- Any other task which may be assigned from time to time by the superior and management.
Qualification & Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or relevant discipline.
- Independent, able to work with minimum supervision and multi-tasking.
- Minimum 5 working years in contractor firm or Consultant QS firm.
