Job Descriptions

  • Technical support on client’s engineering issue.
  • Analyze client’s project performance.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain the company’s existing relationships with a client or group of clients, so that they will continue using the company for business.
  • Review and monitor client’s O&M agreements and make sure it is fulfilled.
  • Set up system and process to improve operational efficiency.
  • Engage with client and technical team together to resolve client’s project issue.
  • Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
  • The company barometer, ensure clients have smooth journey with us.
  • Share the client’s valuable feedbacks to serve our customer centric strategy in every department of the company by converting them into action plan.

 

Qualification & Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (will be required to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.)
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Attitude: Customer & service oriented, energetic and enthusiastic about dealing with people. Team spirit, self-driven to learn, good communicator and patient.
