Job Summary

The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from planning and development through to launch and continuous improvement, by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high quality product solutions aligned with organisational objectives, while leveraging data analysis, user insights, and market trends to optimise product features, drive performance, and enhance overall customer value through informed, data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Manager to facilitate communication within internal stakeholders such as business, delivery services, engineering, operations, compliance to ensure alignment on product features and updates.
  • Create and maintain product features documentation to ensure it is accurate, informative, up-to-date and easily accessible for internal stakeholders.
  • Understand and practice domain knowledge of product features to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as delivery services and engineering to provide guidance, clarify product feature requirements and resolve issues for features or enhancements.
  • Assist Product Manager to ensure timely delivery and adherences to feature release milestones including conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs to benchmark standard practice of features to develop.
  • Track and report on product performance metrics by generating reports on the progress and identifying areas of improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Possess at least 1-2 years of work experience in product development and management, business analysis or relevant roles in a fintech or payment industry or digital banking of consumer sector equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering or related field.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships to clearly communicate insights and work effectively with internal business partners and inter-department team members.
  • Hands-on experience in developing user requirements, business analysis and managing user testing.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details and data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup-like (fast-paced and dynamic) environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Proven experience and knowledge in financial services, digital wallets, and digital payment technologies and trends.
  • Knowledge in loyalty management products.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
