Role Purpose:

The Senior Executive, Commercial Operations supports the coordination and execution of commercial initiatives across Setel’s business lines by ensuring structured tracking, cross-functional follow-through, and timely reporting of commercial activities. The role supports operational visibility, execution discipline, and informed decision-making across fuel, mobility, fintech, and advertising businesses.

In this role you will:

  • Support commercial execution activities across Setel's business lines spanning fuel, mobility, fintech, and advertising, ensuring contract tracking, coordination activities, and reporting workstreams remain accurate and current.
  • Maintain the commercial contract pipeline with full accuracy across agreement status, renewal timelines, and key commercial terms for all partners and merchants.
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution across product, marketing, operations, and account management teams, ensuring initiative milestones are met and blockers are resolved without escalation wherever possible.
  • Maintain the commercial roadmap tracker, keeping milestones current, risks visible, and progress reporting accurate and timely for leadership review.
  • Prepare business milestone reports and operational updates by consolidating inputs across teams into structured, accurate, and timely reporting outputs that support execution tracking and visibility.
  • Support commercial negotiations and partner discussions by preparing term summaries, briefing materials, and deal trackers that are accurate and decision-ready.
  • Highlight execution gaps and escalate issues with sufficient context to support timely resolution.
  • Improve the tools, templates, and processes through which commercial initiatives are tracked and coordinated, increasing execution reliability across the function.
  • General Responsibilities: All employees are required to ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. All employees are expected to assist with tasks, projects, and other duties related to the role, as and when deemed necessary.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • 3-6 years in business operations, commercial operations, PMO, or similar roles.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced operational or commercial environments preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Contract tracking and agreement coordination across a multi-partner, multi-business-line portfolio.
  • Cross-functional coordination and structured follow-through across product, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Business performance reporting and dashboard management.
  • Commercial documentation including term summaries, briefing notes, and deal trackers.
  • Proficiency in roadmap and project tracking tools.
  • Analytical capability to identify execution risks from performance and milestone data.
  • Basic understanding of platform business models across fintech, mobility, fuel retail, and digital advertising.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
