Role Purpose:
The Senior Manager, Talent Attraction & Employer Branding is responsible for developing and executing talent attraction strategies, managing employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to position our company as an employer of choice. Your goal will be to attract and engage top talent, driving organizational growth and success.
In This Role You Will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent attraction strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and talent needs.
- Develop and promote a strong employer brand that resonates with the company's values and culture.
- Oversee the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and engaging journey for all applicants.
- Establish and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align talent attraction and employer branding efforts with overall company strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, campus liaison, industry influencers, to expand the company's talent network and elevate company branding.
- Evaluate and analyze data insights to optimize strategies and continuously improve talent attraction and employer branding initiatives.
- Coach and guide the team for their career and personal development.
General Responsibilities:
- All employees are required to ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. All employees are expected to assist with tasks, projects, and other duties related to the role, as and when deemed necessary.
You're A Great Fit If You Have:
- Proven experience (8-10 years) in talent attraction, employer branding, or recruitment marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Developing and executing effective talent attraction strategies.
- Strong understanding of employer branding best practices and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and use insights to enhance strategies.
- Creative and innovative approach to designing employer branding initiatives and attracting top talent.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition technologies and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Developing & Empowering others: Willingness to delegate responsibility, works with others, and coaches them to develop their capabilities.
- Decision making & judgement: Analyzes problems by evaluating available information and resources; develops effective, viable solutions to problems which can help drive the effectiveness of the department and organization.
- Analytical thinking: Weighs the costs, benefits, risks, and chances for success, in making a decision.
- Relationship building: Able to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with others inside or outside of the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support.
