Introduced in July 2018, Setel is a mobile platform that aims to delight customers by innovating for better, inclusive mobility. Setel serves customers across Malaysia by powering one app as the constant companion to ease motorists’ journey across fueling, parking, EV charging, motor insurance, road tax, auto assistance, general purchases, and more across an ecosystem of PETRONAS petrol stations, retail partners, and online merchants.
In this role you will:
- Drive ERM Excellence: Assist in identifying, assessing, and profiling risks across business units to strengthen our Enterprise Risk framework.
- Build a Risk-Aware Culture: Create engaging awareness materials and facilitate upskilling sessions to embed ERM and BCM best practices across the company.
- Coordinate BCM Simulations: Work directly with Critical Business Functions to plan and execute Business Continuity tests and drills, ensuring our recovery strategies are seamless.
- Monitor & Report: Maintain the Master Risk Register and Mitigation Action Plans, tracking progress to provide high-level insights for Management and Board-level reporting.
- Shape Governance: Support the drafting and revision of ERM policies, BCM manuals, and standard operating procedures to keep us ahead of industry benchmarks.
- Ensure Compliance: Help align our operations with internal policies, ISO standards, and evolving legal/regulatory requirements.
You're a great fit if you have/are:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Risk Management, Business Administration, International Business or its equivalent
- A minimum of 6 months of internship period that starts on May
- A natural problem-solver who can dissect complex data and remain composed under pressure.
- Disciplined in maintaining high ethical standards and handling sensitive, confidential information with total discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, "forward-thinking" environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing tasks and driving measurable results.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
