Role Purpose:

The Executive, Marketing & Communications plays a key role in shaping and executing marketing communication strategies and drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. Responsibilities will also include developing compelling campaigns and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across business lines. We're seeking a data-driven individual who thrives on achieving measurable results.

In this role you will:

  • Drive and execute campaigns and product launches across relevant online and offline channels to achieve company’s Objective Key Results (OKRs) to drive Fuel volume and grow the Monthly Transacting Customer (MTC) size.
  • Plan, develop and execute detailed communication plans for respective campaigns which includes copywriting and creative briefs, to ensure that campaign receives sufficient traction among the target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Commercial, and Data, for a cohesive and effective campaign management/product launch.
  • Work closely with Marketing Communications Manager and business owner (Fuel/Fintech/Mobility) for a successful implementation of strategic marketing plans to streamline success criteria and to measure effectiveness of the initiative (campaign/product launch).
  • Keep-up with competitor offerings and current trends, especially in the e-wallet, Fuel, FinTech and Mobility, to be informed when developing communication plans or suggesting the usage of new communication tools to better reach the target audience.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of proven success in marketing communications, campaign management, or product marketing, ideally within a similar industry or tech-driven environment.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in Marketing and Communications are encouraged to apply.

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Campaign Management: Executing marketing campaigns and product launches across various online and offline channels.
  • Content Development: Strong copywriting skills and the ability to develop creative briefs.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitoring and analyzing campaign data to provide insights for optimization.
  • Market Research: Staying current on competitor offerings and industry trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working effectively with teams such as Product, Commercial, and Data.

Leadership/ Behavioral Skills

  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in completing tasks and monitoring work for accuracy.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and oral forms.
