Role Purpose:

To support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing and activation initiatives that drive brand visibility, product usage and customer engagement, both online and offline. This role plays a critical part in turning strategy into action, delivering campaigns that fuel brand love and loyalty.

In this role you will:

  • Assist in the execution of 360 marketing campaigns including ATL, BTL, digital and social media
  • Coordinate with creative, media and event personnel/dept to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and activation assistance of Setel’s events or PDB events that require supports from Setel.
  • Support end to end activation with assistance for launches, partnerships and marketing activities across Setel and its partners.
  • Organise and manage brand activations or events for Setel’s own Marketing Department-driven launches or events, and assist the ground events team for coordination on logistics, crew and merchandise.
  • Liaise with the events’ PICs promoters and stakeholders to ensure cooperation and smooth execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to produce marketing materials, merchandise, POSMs and digital assets.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Commercial, CX, Data, Finance, Compliance, and PDB
  • Collaborate with key retail or Setel’s PICs and/or PDB, related to PETRONAS stations, roadshows and merchants to support co-branded activities.
  • Assist in gathering post-campaign metrics, reports, activation insights and data and user feedback, to optimise future campaigns and engagements
  • Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

You're A Great Fit If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Comms, Business or any related field (relevant professional and/or skills certs are added advantages)
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing, event/activation, or brand support role.

Functional Skill/s:

  1. Experience in customer-front marketing, service industries and digital-first brands; familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager or Marketing Automation platforms; and passion for creating memorable brand experiences that move the needle.

Soft Skills:

  1. Confidentiality : Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

  5. Able to think analytically and resourceful in suggesting solutions
  6. Strong project management and coordination skills
  7. Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken). Chinese language is an advantage. 
  8. Comfortable working on ground at events and activations, including after hours if required. 
  9. Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on with a positive can-do, always-on attitude.
