Role Purpose:
The Manager of Performance Marketing & Marketing Communications will lead and drive the department’s and company’s digital marketing, product marketing and communications and activation strategies. This role focuses on delivering impactful campaigns that enhance Setel’s visibility, targeting the right audience via GDN ads, remarketing, retargeting, geo-targeting, SEO, drive app downloads and transactions of Setel’s use cases (products). The candidate will oversee the entire digital ecosystem, including digital channels, social media, content strategies, performance marketing, partnerships, marketing & communications of Setel’s use cases and features, and assist when there are involvements required for on-ground activations.
In this role you will:
- Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall brand and business objectives and lead to oversee all use cases (Fuel, Fintech, Mobility) and execution for the overall marketing campaigns of Setel.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, GDN, social media and other digital marketing implementations) to maximise ROI
- Oversee website management and its content updates, track GA4 reports to optimise info, UX and conversion rates.
- Plan and execute Marketing and Comms strategies for Setel’s products, use cases and features (fuel and non-fuel), and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, CX, Data, Product, Finance and Compliance, as well as the relevant stakeholders of PDB) to deliver seamless strategies and activations.
- Establish and maintain high standards for campaigns and partnerships with other brands, encompassing campaign planning, copywriting, ads and communication strategies, budgeting, incentive ROI analysis, and monitor the development of these, across various channels.
- Develop KPIs, and measure success metrics for campaigns, track the effectiveness and manage course corrections as required via working in close collaboration with team members, and cross-functionally as needed.
- Share the company KPIs/OKRs for the Setel app business lines across Fuel and Non-Fuel, making contributions to the effective execution of marketing campaigns and product awareness across the digital, activations and marketing communications team.
- Align marketing tactics & campaigns towards achieving HOD & business owner approvals towards ensuring the successful implementation of strategic marketing plans, with clear success criteria, measurements, and reporting on results.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Lead the compelling content and ads strategies across digital, ads and social channels, as well as ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging, and creative assets across all platforms.
- Work closely with the CLM team, to drive CRM and growth strategies together and leverage customer data and insights to optimise adoptions,, conversions and loyalty/sustenance.
- Analyse data and activation campaigns’ performances, customer engagement and conversion to drive continuous improvements.
- Manage MarTech tools and platforms, whichever relevant and manage external vendors to deliver exceptional results (i.e suppliers, agencies, partners etc)
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration and innovation
- Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
You're A Great Fit If You Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (Master’s or any relevant professional and/or skills driven certifications as added advantages)
- Minimum 10 - 12 years in digital marketing, brand communications and activations with at least 5 years in a senior role in marketing, campaign management, product marketing, preferably in a related industry or company.
Functional Skills:
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing, product marketing and activation campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (GDN, GA4, GSC, LLM, Meta Business Suite, CRM, etc).
- Marrying data with situational skills and mindset with a deep understanding of the relevant metrics.
- Ability to manage budgets, agencies and cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
Leadership / Soft Skills:
