Setel serves customers across Malaysia by powering one app as the constant companion to ease motorists’ journey across fueling, parking, EV charging, motor insurance, road tax, auto assistance, general purchases, and more across an ecosystem of PETRONAS petrol stations, retail partners, and online merchants.

In this role you will:

  • Communicating with customers through email or chat.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Providing first-line support and escalating unresolved issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. 
  • Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties when deemed necessary.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

You're a great fit if you have/are:

  • A final year student or recent graduate in bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g.
  • Business Administration, Customer Service Management, Mass Communication, etc)
  • Minimum 3-6 months of internship period starting in June 2025 
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Excel, Word and Slides
  • Ability to multitask & handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eager to learn and work with various teams in the company
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
