Role Purpose:
The Performance Marketing Manager drives Setel’s user acquisition and retention by managing media buying strategies, optimizing SEO and ASO efforts, and planning and executing impactful social media content. This role ensures that performance-driven campaigns are effectively executed to attract new users, retain existing customers, and maximize ROI. By aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, the Performance Marketing Manager plays a key role in fueling Setel’s growth and enhancing its position as a leader in digital convenience.
In This Role You Will:
- Develop and execute media buying strategies across digital platforms to optimize user acquisition and retention, ensuring cost-efficient results and alignment with business growth objectives.
- Plan and manage SEO and ASO initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities, conducting keyword research, and implementing best practices to enhance visibility and app store rankings.
- Create and oversee performance-driven social media content calendars and campaigns to engage audiences, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates across Setel’s channels.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and customer experience to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and seamless user journeys.
- Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools or platforms to stay ahead in the performance marketing landscape.
- Allocate and manage budgets across channels, ensuring effective spend and consistent delivery of measurable results within allocated resources.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists to achieve performance targets, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.
- Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.

You're A Great Fit If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful user acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Performance Marketing Platforms: Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Analytics and Data Tools: Strong command of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance. Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing methodologies.
- SEO and ASO Optimization: Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, AppAnnie, AppFollow, or equivalent for search engine and app store optimization. Knowledge of HTML, metadata, and schema markup to support SEO strategies.
- Social Media Advertising: Expertise in running campaigns on platforms like Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other social media platforms. Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- CRM and Marketing Automation: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Braze) and marketing automation platforms to engage and retain users through personalized campaigns.
- Budget and Bidding Management:Knowledge of various bid strategies (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS-based bidding) to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI. Ability to allocate and monitor budgets across multiple channels and ensure optimal spending.
- Content and Creative Coordination: Ability to work with creative and design teams to produce performance-driven ad creatives and messaging. Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to review or make minor edits to content.
- Web and App Tracking: Knowledge of pixel implementation, SDK tracking, and event tagging for apps and websites to ensure accurate performance tracking. Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) like Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch for app campaign tracking.
- Competitor and Market Analysis: Capability to conduct in-depth competitor analysis using tools like SimilarWeb, SpyFu, App Annie, or related platforms to benchmark performance.
- Advanced Excel and Reporting: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation, creating dashboards, and presenting insights. Knowledge of creating automated reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge: Understanding of key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and retention/churn rates relevant to performance marketing.
- Project Management : Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or Asana to manage campaigns, timelines, and collaboration with stakeholders.
