Introduced in July 2018, Setel is a mobile platform that aims to delight customers by innovating for better, inclusive mobility. Setel serves customers across Malaysia by powering one app as the constant companion to ease motorists’ journey across fueling, parking, EV charging, motor insurance, road tax, auto assistance, general purchases, and more across an ecosystem of PETRONAS petrol stations, retail partners, and online merchants.
In this role you will:
- Be a team member that assists the product team in the agile product development life cycle.
- Have a chance to assist in managing products throughout the Product Life Cycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, align with the product vision and working closely with engineering, and designers to deliver a winning product.
- Analyze market data to assist the product team in developing product strategies. You’ll make comparisons between our company’s product and industry trends to ensure that a product feature is suitable and value added for our customers.
- Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
- Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
You're a great fit if you have/are:
- Able to be with us for a minimum of 4-6 months and join on November 15/December 2/December 16
- You have good communication and writing skills.
- You are organized and with a strong attention to detail.
- You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, no matter how big or small the issue may be.
- You work well in a team environment and enjoy learning from those around you.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
