Setel serves customers across Malaysia by powering one app as the constant companion to ease motorists’ journey across fueling, parking, EV charging, motor insurance, road tax, auto assistance, general purchases, and more across an ecosystem of PETRONAS petrol stations, retail partners, and online merchants.
In This Role You Will:
- Customer Segmentation: Assist in identifying and segmenting our customer base to tailor marketing strategies for different audience segments.
- Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for customer communication across various channels.
- Retention Strategies: Contribute to the development and execution of customer retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Data Analysis: Work with marketing analytics tools to analyze customer data and provide insights that inform marketing decisions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and customer support to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary
- Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements
You’re A Great Fit If You Have/Are:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Multimedia or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum internship duration of 4-6 months and can start on Aug 1/Aug 15/Sept 2
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others and build relationships with employees.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Basic Editing skills in Canva, or InShot
- Proficiency of editing in Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
