In This Role You Will:

  • Excel Mastery: You will utilize your advanced Excel skills to analyze data, track sales performance, and assist in generating insightful reports that help drive business decisions. Your ability to work with numbers and data will be crucial in this role
  • Client Engagement: You will engage with the client to manage their account. This involves inventory, product and campaign management. You will collaborate with the client to brainstorm and implement strategies to drive sales growth. This could involve identifying trends and suggesting innovative ideas to boost our market presence.
  • Product Launches: You will assist in launching new products on our website. This involves crafting compelling product descriptions that capture the essence of each item, filling out creative briefs that guide our design and marketing teams and coordinating with various departments to ensure everything is ready for a seamless launch.
  • Creative Brief:  You will assist in creating a copy writing to attract customers to purchase the product during the campaign period or new launch of the product. 
  • Communication: Acting as a liaison between departments, you will ensure clear and effective communication to meet project deadlines and objectives. Your role will involve passing crucial information between marketing, design and platform operations teams to keep everyone aligned.
  • Event Support: You will help organize and execute on-ground events, contributing to their success and smooth operation during the events.
  • Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary
  • Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements

You’re A Great Fit If You Have/Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 6 months of internship period
  • A strong interest in e-commerce, sales and business development
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must, must be comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with various teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
  • A proactive approach to given tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paces, dynamic environment
  • Enthusiasm for gaining hands-on experience in e-commerce
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
