Role Purpose:
As a Senior Data Manager, you will take on a leadership role, overseeing the strategic aspects of data management and analysis. You will be responsible for driving insightful analyses, supporting strategic business cases, and ensuring the highest standards in data communication. This role requires a deep understanding of business objectives, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
In This Role You Will:
- Own and drive the Weekly Business Review for Acquisition and Lifecycle.
- Develop macro/micro analytical frameworks to describe customer and business growth holistically.
- Monitor operational performance, conducting root cause analysis for variances.
- Partner with CXOs in strategic business cases, providing in-depth data studies.
- Ensure analyses are business-relevant, clearly communicated, and presented to the leadership team effectively.
- Maintain a high standard for quality documentation of key analysis artifacts.
- Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
- Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science).
- Proven leadership experience in data management and analysis.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Technical and functional skills:
