Role Purpose:

Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports including in-depth analysis and performing economic evaluation of new business initiatives and projects to facilitate management decision-making to maximize value creation and enhance business value to achieve business objectives and targets and keep track of the performance of company KPIs.

In This Role You Will:

  • Preparation of monthly management reports and presentation decks for Setel LT and GM Sync. 
  • Preparation and compilation of quarterly performance reporting board presentation deck and paper.  
  • Preparation of Profit and Loss by use cases and allocation of shared cost based on best proxy for the basis of allocation and highlight use cases that are performing below target and escalating to management for further action/discussion. 
  • Perform variance analysis on financial performance against plans and budget.
  • Development and consolidation of annual Plans and budget (P4R) and preparation of a full set of accounts for budget, including Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Financial Position, and Statement of Cash Flows.
  • Keeping track and consolidating of actual performance of company KPI against target and highlighting gaps to management. 
  • Perform economic evaluation for new business initiatives/features/use cases to ensure the financial viability of the project before commencement and tracking of actual performance against the economic model.
  • Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry and accounting standards.
  • Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements

You're A Great Fit If You Have:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or its equivalent. 
  • Professional qualification is an added advantage (ACCA, CPA, and equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in startup companies is a bonus.
  • Have a passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Adept multi-tasker and attentive to detail.
  • Forward-thinking with an agile mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
