Role Purpose:
As our Senior Executive - Retail (Offline Channel) , you'll be at the helm of our retail operations, overseeing the performance and management of our stores and pop-up locations. Your leadership will ensure that each touchpoint with our brand is an opportunity to delight and engage customers, driving both satisfaction and sales.
In this role you will:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail/pop-up locations, ensuring they meet our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for enhancing retail performance, including sales strategies, promotional activities, and customer engagement.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop retail staff, ensuring they have the training and resources needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory and Sales Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales, analyzing data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring our team delivers exceptional service that aligns with our brand values.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Finance departments to align strategies and optimize overall business performance.
- Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
- Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

- Adaptable and innovative, always looking for new ways to engage customers and enhance the retail experience.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to cater to our diverse customer base.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics and the ability to analyze sales data to drive decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
