Role Purpose:
The Senior Executive, Data Analyst roles are to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights. To collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection and reporting procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a keen analytical mind, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
In This Role You Will:
- Perform in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to extract valuable business insights.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Design and create comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
- Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
- Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
You're A Great Fit If You Have:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on interpreting complex datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.
- Forward thinking and agile mindset
- Prior startup experience is a bonus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
