About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative TikTok Content Creator to join our team to help develop and produce content for a new revenue generating channel on TikTok. We are looking for someone to be part of a new company channel in reaching brand awareness for our DTC brands on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and entertaining content on TikTok, possess a strong understanding of TikTok trends and best practices, and is also not afraid to be behind a camera engaging with a live audience.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for a new revenue generating channel on TikTok
- Hosting live streaming events, interviews, Q&A sessions, and other types of interactive events
- Stay up-to-date on the latest TikTok trends and best practices, and apply them to content creation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy
- Write scripts and storyboards for TikTok videos, and create visual assets for TikTok content
- Shoot and edit TikTok videos using a smartphone or other recording equipment
- Optimize TikTok content for engagement and visibility, and use data-driven insights to improve content performance
- Monitor TikTok trends and participate in challenges to increase visibility and engagement
- Work with other team members to ensure timely delivery of TikTok content
- Manage the TikTok content calendar and ensure that all content is delivered on time and meets quality standards
- 1+ years of experience creating TikTok content, either professionally or as a hobby
- Strong knowledge of TikTok trends and best practices, and ability to stay up-to-date on changes to the platform
- Experience shooting and editing TikTok videos using a smartphone or other recording equipment
- Understanding of TikTok analytics and ability to use data to drive content decisions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Passion for creating engaging and entertaining content on TikTok
