Job Summary
As our Product Manager, you will be the strategic force defining the "what" and "why" behind our cutting-edge AI products. You will own the entire product lifecycle, from market research and ideation to defining clear requirements and driving the successful launch of our dashboards and voicebots. This is a strategic role where you'll collaborate closely with UI/UX, engineering, and AI teams to transform complex user needs and business goals into a clear, actionable roadmap that drives user growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Lead the development and management of the product roadmap for our core AI products. You will translate our company mission, market research and user feedback into a clear, prioritized backlog of features and initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
- Requirements Definition & Execution: Own the entire requirements-gathering process. You will write clear and concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories, working closely with UI/UX to design user flows and with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility. You will be responsible for driving the team to deliver high-quality features on schedule in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Act as the central hub of communication between Engineering, UI/UX, AI, Marketing, and Leadership. You will champion the product vision, manage stakeholder expectations and make critical trade-off decisions to keep the team aligned and focused on the most impactful work.
- Market Research & Data Analysis: Plan and conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. You will be the voice of the market (complementing our UX team as the voice of the user), defining and tracking key success metrics (KPIs) to validate your strategic decisions and continuously iterate on the product.
General Qualifications
Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant qualification/experience.
Experience and Skills
- Technical Skills:
- Strong foundation in Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with data analysis and A/B testing tools is a plus.
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably working on B2B dashboards, chatbots or AI-driven products.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills, capable of handling competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate the "why" behind your product decisions to both technical and executive audiences.
- Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking abilities, and a strong "get-it-done" attitude.
- A deeply collaborative mindset, focused on leading through influence, not authority.
- Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning, especially in the rapidly-evolving AI space.
