What You'll Do
Your Mission: Building Our Team
- Managing the Full Hiring Journey: You will own the entire recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions and sourcing top talent to guiding candidates through interviews and coordinating offers.
- Creating a Great Candidate Experience: You will be a friendly and reliable point of contact, ensuring every person who interacts with us feels respected, valued, and informed.
- Building Strong Partnerships: You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define roles, and build effective hiring strategies together.
- Developing Talent Pipelines: You will proactively identify and engage with passive candidates, building a strong network for our current and future hiring needs.
- Championing a Great Onboarding: You will partner with our HR team to ensure every new hire has a smooth and welcoming start to their journey with us.
Who You Are
- You have 1-2 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
- You are a natural connector with a warm, empathetic approach to communication, and you're skilled at building trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- You are proactive and results-driven, with a passion for finding the right person for the right role.
- You believe in creating a supportive and inclusive hiring process for everyone.
- An excellent communicator (written, verbal, and interpersonal) in both English and Malay.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple open roles at once.
