Job Summary
As a Project Manager at Revolab, you will be at the heart of our innovation, acting as the crucial link between our brilliant engineering teams and our ambitious project goals. You will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of cutting-edge Gen AI projects, ensuring that we move quickly and effectively. This is a hands-on role where you will manage project timelines, facilitate agile ceremonies, and empower our teams to do their best work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Delivery: Manage and coordinate the delivery of Gen AI projects within our agile framework, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and in alignment with their goals.
- Agile Facilitation: Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure the team is aligned, unblocked, and continuously improving.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Maintain clear and concise project documentation. You will be responsible for tracking project progress and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and track project risks and issues, escalating them to the Lead Project Manager or Head of Delivery when necessary to ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and AI research, to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure a smooth workflow.
General Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience and Skills
- Technical Skills:
- Ideally, 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing projects in an agile environment, preferably in software development or IT.
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to helping the team succeed.
Reporting
Direct reporting to the Project Manager Team Lead.
