Project Analyst

Job Summary

As a Project Analyst at Revolab, you will be the essential support system for our innovation. You'll work closely with Project Managers to ensure our cutting-edge Gen AI projects are delivered smoothly. This is a hands-on role focused on data and detail: you will be responsible for tracking project progress, analyzing performance, and maintaining clear documentation. Your work will provide the data-driven insights our engineering and leadership teams need to make informed decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Delivery: Assist and coordinate the delivery of AI projects within our agile framework, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and in alignment with their goals.
• Agile Facilitation: Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure the team is aligned, unblocked, and continuously improving.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Maintain clear and concise project documentation. You will be responsible for tracking project progress and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and track project risks and issues, escalating them to the Project Manager or Head of Delivery when necessary to ensure they are resolved promptly.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and AI research, to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure a smooth workflow.

General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience and Skills

• Technical Skills:
  • Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Ideally, 1 year of hands-on experience managing projects in an agile environment, preferably in software development or IT.
  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Reporting

Direct reporting to the Project Manager Team Lead.
