Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager specializing in Artificial Intelligence solutions, you will play a key role in driving Revolab's growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships. You will collaborate closely with potential clients to understand their business challenges and articulate how Revolab's AI offerings can provide impactful solutions.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing client needs, identifying opportunities where AI can

deliver significant value, and ensuring successful acquisition of new business to drive revenue

growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, presenting

Revolab's expertise, and ensuring alignment between client needs and our AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

● Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities

within target markets and industries for Revolab's AI solutions, such as RevoChat,

Enterprise Conversational AI, and AI Voice.

● Client Needs Analysis: Collaborate with potential clients to thoroughly understand their

business objectives, challenges, and areas where AI can provide a competitive

advantage.

● Solution Alignment: Analyze client requirements and effectively communicate how

Revolab's AI solutions can address their specific needs and deliver tangible business

value.

● Presentation & Demonstration: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and

demonstrations of Revolab's AI capabilities to potential clients, showcasing the unique

benefits and value proposition.

● Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key

stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.

● Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals

that clearly articulate the proposed AI solutions, their benefits, and the value proposition

for the client.

● Negotiation & Closing: Lead and manage the negotiation process to successful deal

closure, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

● Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and

emerging AI technologies to identify new business opportunities and maintain Revolab's

competitive edge.

● Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities,

track progress against targets, and provide regular reports and forecasts to the

management team.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure a cohesive

approach to business development and client acquisition.

General Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

● At least 4 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within

the technology sector.

Experience and Skills

Technical Skills:

● Understanding of technology solutions and their application to business needs, with a

specific focus on Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications.

● Ability to articulate the value proposition of technical solutions to a non-technical

audience.

● Basic understanding of software and machine learning solution structures is a plus.

Soft Skills:

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build

rapport and influence stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand client needs and identify

suitable AI solutions.

● Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing leads and sales processes.

● Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and work towards achieving

sales targets.

Preferred Experience:

● Experience with technology or digital transformation initiatives, particularly those

involving AI.

● Familiarity with the Malaysian business landscape.

● Previous experience working with AI-powered solutions or selling AI services.

● Understanding of software and machine learning solution structure.

● Existing network of contacts within relevant industries.

Work Environment

This is an office-based position in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a dynamic and collaborative

work environment where you'll be able to directly interact with potential clients and internal AI

experts.

Reporting

This position reports directly to the CEO.
