Job Purpose
Responsible for leading, designing and enhancing user experiences across digital platforms. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong design portfolio, with proficiency in design tools such as Figma. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that meet both business goals and user needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for our trading platform, from concept to execution.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or other relevant tools.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Establish and maintain design systems and UI guidelines.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, especially in fintech and trading UX.
- Perform other design-related duties and responsibilities assigned to support business needs and requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience designing complex tools or platforms, ideally in fintech or trading.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma or other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with trading workflows, financial data visualization, and responsive design principles.
- Experience working in agile and fast environments

- Background in finance, economics, or data-heavy applications.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance.
