As a Broking Representative, you’ll handle client enquiries, offer guidance on order execution, and connect customers with the right teams to make their journey hassle-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to customer enquiries via multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and live chat.
- Efficiently process orders, forms, applications, and various customer requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive and effective customer support.
- Execute the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process according to the provided test plan, ensuring timely completion and reporting of issues, feedback, or discrepancies.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors, including ad-hoc tasks to support team objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in Stockbroking dealings is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Pass the following examination of the SIDC Board, and obtain a valid Dealer Representative License:
- Module 6 – Stock Market and Securities Law
- Module 7 – Financial Statement Analysis and Asset Valuation
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
