1) Membuat laporan kutipan harian
2) Menyelesaikan urusan pertukaran syiling dengan pelanggan
3) Mencari tempahan syiling untuk pertukaran
4) Menjaga keselamatan bilik kutipan
5) Melakukan kutipan syiling di setiap terminal dalam kawasan yang beroperasi
6) Membuat kiraan, timbangan, pembungkusan dan penyusunan syiling kutipan
7) Melaporkan sebarang masalah dilapangan kepada ketua unit yang berkaitan
8) Menyemak senarai kutipan terminal
9) Tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan dari masa ke semasa
