Junior Website Project Manager
The Senior Website Project Manager at QUO will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale website development projects. This role requires strong leadership, refined digital instincts, and proven experience with websites as well as broader digital channels. You will act as both a hands-on project manager and a trusted strategic consultant, helping clients navigate the intersection of business goals, brand expression, and digital innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independent Project Delivery
- Lead the day-to-day management of selected digital/web projects from initiation to launch.
- Define timelines, task lists, and delivery milestones for internal and client-managed projects.
- Communicate directly with clients, designers, and developers to keep projects on track.
- Monitor scope, flag risks, and ensure quality and timeline compliance for assigned work.
Project Support and Coordination
- Assist senior PMs on larger website builds through task management and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date assets, schedules, and feedback logs in project tools.
- Help coordinate feedback rounds, QA reviews, and stakeholder check-ins.
- Track action items and support cross-functional team alignment.
Client Communication and Reporting
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients on your assigned projects.
- Share project updates, track support requests, and escalate key issues as needed.
- Draft meeting agendas, status reports, and follow-up documentation.
- Join client meetings and represent QUO with confidence and clarity.
Quality Control and Testing
- Conduct basic QA checks for responsive design, content placement, and functionality.
- Use internal checklists to support pre-launch testing across browsers and devices.
- Log bugs, change requests, and errors in a structured and traceable manner.
- Support content population and layout testing in CMS environments.
AI Usage Within the PM Function
- Use AI tools to assist with task tracking, timelines, and basic performance reporting.
- Apply AI summaries to generate documentation and project notes.
- Use AI QA/testing tools to speed up cross-browser and device checks.
- Explore new AI tools to improve planning and documentation workflows.
Learning and Development
- Take part in internal training and team briefings on PM methods and digital trends.
- Learn from senior PMs through observation, feedback, and collaboration.
- Request mentoring and performance feedback to grow your skillset.
- Stay up to date on web technologies, tools, and process innovations.
Digital Strategy Exposure
- Participate in discovery sessions and help define user and business needs.
- Conduct light research for strategy projects, benchmarking, or audits.
- Learn how digital planning connects with brand, UX, and technical goals.
- Contribute ideas in workshops and internal strategy discussions.
Internal Process Improvement
- Offer feedback on project templates, documentation practices, or tools.
- Help pilot new platforms or process changes within the PM function.
- Maintain internal records such as workflows, QA logs, or CMS guides.
- Contribute to team retrospectives and improvement exercises.
Reporting and Data
- Assist in compiling post-launch metrics for assigned projects.
- Use analytics dashboards (e.g., GA4, GTMetrix) to track performance.
- Share data summaries in project reviews or client updates.
- Help update internal case studies or performance overviews.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
- Education
: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Work Experience
: 1–3 years of experience in website or digital project coordination or delivery
: Experience managing small-scale projects independently preferred
- English level
: Good written and verbal communication skills
: Fluent in English (Thai language an advantage)
- IT and Technical skills
: Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Monday, Trello, Smartsheet)
: Awareness of web QA tools and basic SEO/analytics platforms
: Early experience with AI productivity tools for PM or QA functions
- Other qualifications preferred
: Certifications in project coordination or agile methods
: Exposure to UX tools like Figma, Miro, or InVision
: Understanding of digital accessibility principles a plus
