Client Manager


Position Overview: The Client Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing projects to ensure successful delivery. This role involves effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients, maintaining timelines, and ensuring the quality of deliverables aligns with company standards. 


Key Responsibilities:


1.     Project Initiation:


·        Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team to receive handover materials for signed quotations.


·        Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to allocate resources appropriately.


·        Input project details into the Project Management Software (PMS) for tracking and execution.


2.     Project Planning:


·        Create detailed project timelines and communication plans.


·        Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with QA guides.


·        Collaborate with the finance team to finalize IRB (Internal Revenue Breakdown) and initiate project kick-off meetings.


3.     Project Execution:


·        Monitor timelines, risk assessments, and QA standards.


·        Manage client feedback, ensuring it is documented, addressed, and incorporated effectively.


·        Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and clients.


·        Support team on project administration and learn the basics of project management while demonstrating proactivity and attention to detail.


4.     Project Completion:


·        Complete Project Completion Reports (PCR) and communicate learnings to internal teams for continuous improvement.


·        Hand over deliverable to the client and ensure all deliverables have been invoiced


5.     Team Collaboration:


·        Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration to achieve project goals.


Participate in PMO meetings to share updates and address challenges.
