Position Overview: The Client Director oversees the strategic delivery of large-scale branding projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. This role involves high-level leadership, strategic consulting, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments. The Client Director demonstrates an excellent understanding of allocated brands and uses this to inform input to workstreams, ensuring that project outputs are both strategically relevant and creatively impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
· Guide the project management team in delivering value-driven solutions.
· Ensure alignment of branding initiatives with client’s broader business objectives.
- Client Advisory:
· Consult clients on branding strategy and provide high-level guidance.
· Facilitate discussions to align design principles with strategic goals, leveraging internal expertise from the design and strategy teams.
- Team Oversight:
· Mentor and lead senior project managers and project teams, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery.
· Promote collaboration across departments to achieve outstanding results.
- Operational Excellence:
· Monitor project portfolios to ensure quality, profitability, and alignment with timelines.
· Drive process improvements and adopt innovative practices for efficient project execution.
- Business Development and Client Growth:
· Identify opportunities to expand service offerings with existing clients, positioning the agency as a long-term strategic partner.
· Establish relationships with key client stakeholders to uncover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
· Foster client satisfaction and trust, creating pathways for farming opportunities and new business generation.
