Location: Contract | Hybrid | Thailand


We are looking for a Careline Counsellor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you will be part of our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behaviour science, data science, and digital design. The Careline Counsellor will provide psychological assessment and/or case management services for individuals, and groups, as appropriate to the specific expectations of the position. Work is performed in a typical office work environment.


Who we're looking for


  • Minimum Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Licence and registered clinical psychologist
  • Minimum 1-year experience in counselling/mental health sector
  • Able to speak Thai fluently


What you’ll be doing


  • Be a key personnel responding to calls for emotional support.
  • Assess clients through detailed conversations, exploratory discussions, and observations to determine the appropriate interventions.
  • Provide assistance and support clients through healthy coping strategies.
  • Build strong client relationships with trust and respect, while upholding confidentiality of records and information.
  • Liaise with the team in Naluri to ensure continuity of care, where necessary.
  • Handle and support crisis cases or incidents.
  • Deploy services based on shift arrangements.
