About Pinnacle

Pinnacle, the learning arm of the Golden Equator Group, is looking for a sales executive to help the expansion of a fast growing area of the business. Since starting the learning journey in 2019, our community has seen us running programmes in Singapore, Brunei and Korea. We are now looking to take the next step to expand Pinnacle into new markets and new verticals.

The Pinnacle learning business currently has three core focus areas:

  • Entrepreneurship: Running bootcamps and startup programmes
  • Executive Education: Upskilling and training C-suite executives and employees on new trends and management skills 
  • NextGen: Creating in-depth programmes for the next generation of business leaders

The role would suit someone with great contacts in the corporate learning space who is looking for a role that will create constant challenges, and is constantly evolving. With new potential programmes being created every year, you will be expected to be a fast-mover and an even faster learner.

Aside from sales targets, your responsibilities will include helping to not only scout opportunities, but build relationships, pitch and help to advise the teams on client requirements and needs.

Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:

  • To build business for Pinnacle by identifying, cold-calling and selling corporate learning programmes to potential prospects
  • Creating target lists for business development 
  • Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Assisting in the creation of potential programme presentations and pitching
  • Maintaining competitor and market awareness
  • Developing and presenting ideas for new opportunities

Required Qualifications / Skills:

  • Ability to devise target lists and cold call 
  • Ability to create client presentations and proposals
  • Excellent pitching and presentation skills
  • Track record in building client relationships with corporate HR departments
  • Experience in helping to devise, market and sell programmes in the corporate learning space
  • Motivated self-starter who can work alone or as part of a team
  • Degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business/administration preferred
  • At least five years of sales experience in the education or corporate learning space
