  • Coordinate business generation activities through identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
  • Provide and screen data/ information for potential business deals by analysing market strategy, examining risks and financial accuracy for business decision making
  • Understand customers’ needs and requirements and offer solutions and support to address their needs and requirements.
  • Ensure sales pipeline in CRM is diligently updated – consistently updating existing and new opportunities week on week and progressing any opportunity sales motion from creation to closing.
  • Support Commercial Lead on business goals, planning, forecasting; and developing and executing short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to onboard new customers to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process.
  • Closely collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Finance teams to address customers’ requirements and concerns.
