Job Summary
The Senior HR Generalist oversees and assists to deliver overall functional areas of People and Culture department. The incumbent will manage and deliver the day-to-day People & Culture Operations, coordinate office administration, company events and pantry replenishment to ensure positive employee experience, efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities/ Results/ Performance Measures
- Oversee and assist to deliver functional areas of People and Culture including but not limited to payroll processing, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, internal communications, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, offboarding, industrial relations, people and culture projects, etc.
- Manage and deliver the day-to-day People and Culture Operations to ensure positive employee experience, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze human resources data, and make recommendations for changes to management.
- Review, update, and maintain People and Culture processes, procedures, and policies to ensure alignment with Employment Act, company’s policies and standards, as well as industrial trends and best practices.
- Customizes and delivers specific Business Unit’s People and Culture initiatives such as coaching managers on performance management, employee development, succession management, and leads HR projects for the business unit.
- Coordinate office administration and operations, company events, and pantry supplies replenishment.
Specifications -Qualification and Experience
- At least 3-4 years working experience in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor's degree in human resource development, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Well-verse in Malaysia Labour Law and Employment Act
- Experience in handling and managing Industrial Relations and disciplinary issues.
- Great planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
