 Key Accountabilities

  • Drive user acquisition and revenue while ensuring strong analytical skills and effectively managing timelines in order to develop, execute, and optimize all marketing initiatives for growth strategy and retention. 
  • Develop and own the lifecycle program strategy, customer segmentation, targeting requirements, and campaign measurement approach across multiple channels. 
  • Analyze campaigns, predict outcomes, create optimization plan, and projects to increase user acquisition and revenue, while reducing CPA and cost.
  • Responsible for driving and executing social ad placements on platforms such as Google, META, LinkedIn and TikTok, including operating and optimizing ad placements, developing ad placement mechanisms and AB testing to ensure the best results
  • Manage the content and delivery of programs via CRM, email, web, social channels, chat channels.
  • Work closely with graphic designers, tech and ops to ensure right visuals/content are uploaded and conveyed in the right touchpoints.


Position Specifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant individual accountability lifecycle marketing, ideally in a Marketplace  or eCommerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/International Business or any equivalent.
  • Campaign Management: demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messaging, write copy and engage with customers. Ability to develop compelling content for different stages of the customer lifecycle. 
  • Customer Segmentation and Personalization: Experience in segmenting customer base and tailoring marketing campaigns and communication to specific customer segments. Understanding of personalization techniques to deliver relevant and targeted messaging.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analysing customer data and deriving actionable insights. Strong analytical skills to segment customers, track campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, analysis and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with CRM tools and web platforms such as HubSpot, Databricks, Mailchimp or any other relevant tools. 
  • Experience in GA4 and Paid Social Ads is preferred. 
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
