  • Learn to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Manage customer purchase cycle (inquiry to after sales management);
  • Liaise with Operations team to ensure successful outcomes;
  • Provide administrative support for all corporate sales-related matters;
  • Gather data for reporting and stock projection through various tools and platforms;
  • Work with partners OR customers to ensure successful events;
  • Implement and utilise analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth;
  • Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps;
  • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.


Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • No prior professional experience required
  • Any experience in sales, marketing, or partnership development, even if gained through student organizations or projects, is a plus.
  • Sensitive to numbers and strong commercial sense;
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and think of solutions creatively;
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and passionate in customer management;
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally;
  • Ability to adapt and improvise to changes efficiently;
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
