Role:
Account Executive is a crucial role that will enable us to manage and grow high-value client relationships while delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. Specifically, this entails:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients across all campaign-related matters.
- Supporting Account Managers and team leads in delivering strategic initiatives.
- Managing end-to-end campaign execution while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Communicating campaign performance through reports, presentations, and strategic reviews.
- Building strong, long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their business deeply.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns and expand account growth.
This role demands a mastery level of account management, digital marketing strategy, communication, data analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration. To be successful, you must have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
External
- Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
- Communicate campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead client meetings including campaign reviews and business discussions.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build deep understanding of client businesses to identify growth opportunities.
- Educate clients on digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
Internal
- Support the day-to-day management of client accounts and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.
- Assist in gathering client briefs and preparing project documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance analysis with actionable insights.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities.
- Contribute to onboarding new clients and ensuring a positive experience.
- Share knowledge, support team development, and contribute to training initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and promote operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and maintain confidentiality.
Results:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with high retention.
- Deliver campaigns that meet client objectives and drive measurable results.
- Provide clear, insightful reporting and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within digital marketing or advertising.
- Strong understanding of website fundamentals, SEO, and performance media.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to clients.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
- Experience in software engineering, technical roles, or IT-related fields is a strong advantage.
