Qualification:
- Malaysian, local content
- Must have a valid medical check-up, fit to work, OGSP (required for working in plant/terminal)
- Good conversant in English
- Minimum SPM with minimum one (1) year relevant experience in cleaning services in petrochemical or oil & gas industries with complete with OGSP
- Possession of a valid PTW Level 2 certification is an added advantage
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Manage the overall operation
- Ensure all staff are properly trained and have tools, equipment, and consumables needed to effectively carry out work
- Overall planning of the WORK. To prepare monthly schedule, two (2) weeks prior work execution
- Maintain records of all work carried out and submit them to the COMPANY representative to support the submission of the invoices under the contract
- Producing reports required under the contract
- Liaising with COMPANY representative
